Moreover, I think it is the height of folly to look for the cause of the “butterfly phenomenon” that gave rise to the word “chaos,” such as the behavior of gaseous materials on the earth’s surface. However, on the positive side of the SDGs, it is gratifying to see a reduction in the “waste of resources.” However, due to the lack of reinvestment in oil and gas engineering, organic chemistry, fuel engineering, etc., and the price of natural gas has risen, and the future of these carbon feedstock sciences has been pessimistic, new human resources have not entered this field, and the SDGs are full of problems.
